(0) Definitions:

Work(s): Any single, album, or soundtrack release, or any combination of the three, in which I am either the sole creator or a collaborating artist. Any release that I do not at least partially hold the rights to does not apply to this definition, even if it is credited under my name.

Distribution, Distributing: Any method of sharing the Works(s) that allows anyone to easily extract, download, and/or save the Work(s) as a file.

Derivative Work: Any release that alters, transforms, or builds upon the original Work(s).

(1) In all cases:

Credit to me and any collaborating artists for the Work(s) used must be given.

All use of the Work(s) are at your own risk. I am not liable for damages caused by their usage.

The Work(s) may not be used in any way that is considered illegal, religious, political, hateful, defamatory, or generally offensive.

(2) If you are, represent, or are in any way affiliated with, a corporation or a company:

No matter how you plan to use the Work(s), you must contact me through the contact page to confirm usage.

(3) If you are not affiliated with any company or corporation and wish to use the Work(s) without Distribution (e.g. as background music for a video or stream):

You may use any of the Work(s) in accordance with the exceptions listed under the “Usage” section if any. However, it is important to note that monetization may be restricted on some platforms if any Work(s) are registered with and recognized by systems such as YouTube Content ID.

(4) If you are not affiliated with any company or corporation and wish to use the Work(s) with Distribution:

This section depends on the usage of the Work(s).

(4a) If you are Distributing the Work(s) as part of an unofficial custom map/chart for a rhythm game (osu!, Beat Saber, Geometry Dash, etc.):

You may use the Work(s) in accordance with section (3) as long as the Distribution does not require any payment to receive the assets. In other words, the map/chart must be completely free to access and play.

(4b) If you are Distributing the Work(s) as part of an official custom map/chart for a rhythm game, OR:

(4c) If you are Distributing the Work(s) as an application resource (e.g. background music in a video game):

You must contact me through the contact page to confirm usage.

(5) If you are not affiliated with any company or corporation and are creating a Derivative Work:

This section depends on the usage of the Work(s).

(5a) If the Derivative Work is created for learning or comedic purposes:

The Derivative Work may be released in accordance with section (3), with the added restriction that it must never be monitized in any way.

If you wish to monetize the Derivative Work, it must be released in accordance with section (5b).

(5b) If the Derivative Work is created for any other purpose:

You must contact me through the contact page to confirm usage.

(6) In all other cases:

You must contact me through the contact page to confirm usage.
